We are a family run bed & breakfast close to Norwich City & The Norfolk Broads. Located just 1 minute from North Walsham town centre.

A great location for families, walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists and business people.

The beautiful, historic city of Norwich with its numerous attractions and places of interest is 25 minutes drive away.

The unique and unspoilt Norfolk Broads are easily accessible, with Wroxham, ‘The Capital of the Broads’, being just 10 minutes drive away.

The lovely Norfolk coastline is close by with the pretty villages of Mundesley, Bacton and Overstrand a few minutes drive away, also Cromer, the ‘Gem of the Norfolk Coast’, just fifteen minutes away.

Our accommodation

It will feel like home from home here at Glaven Lodge. Our B&B comprises of 3 bedrooms: 1 Superking/twin Room, 1 Double Room and 1 Twin Room. We also have a folding bed for a child or travel cot.
All rooms have en-suites with power showers. Each room also includes: Tea and coffee making facilities (not forgetting the children's juice), a remote control colour TV with Freeview, fridge and a hair drier.
Drying facilities are also available for outdoor clothing etc, so no need to worry if the weather turns. We also have a stair lift for those who find the stairs a chore.

The Bedrooms

The Glaven suite has a superking bed which can also be used as a twin , ample wardrobe space for all.
The Wherry Suite is tastefully decorated in creams and beige's so that you can relax after a long day.
The Poppies Suite has ample space and again lots of wardrobe space. Decor in pink's lilic's and white.

Breakfast

A Traditional English breakfast is served in the guests dining room, all cooked with local produce and home-made marmalade. Breakfast is served between 7am - 9am. Continental breakfast is served in rooms if this is preferred.

Special Occasions

For special occasions we will be only to happy to make your stay special, and can arrange for button holes for weddings, champagne, fresh flowers & chocolates and arrange dinner reservations.

Broadband

If you like surfing the web or you are on business we also provide wireless broadband for your convenience.

Parking

Ample parking is available, so that you may walk to one of the many country pubs and restaurants in the evening. Pets
Pets by arrangement. Small dogs only.
