Manley & Pitcher Builders are Gyvlon Approved for flow screed products. Flow screed products are widely accepted as a quicker, and less labour intensive way of screeding buildings large and small. Gyvlon flow screed is 80% recyclable and dries very quickly, which is the right condictions can allow floors to be lightly trafficked within 24 hours.
