The people of North Walsham are being asked to dig out those walking boots, all in the name of charity! As November nears the famous Pudsey Bear once again will make reappearance in an attempt to get the nation to ‘Do Something Different’ to raise funds for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. BBC Children In Need’s mascot Pudsey will this year be making sure that North Walsham is getting involved in all of the fun, and is inviting you to join the people of North Walsham on ‘Pudseys Big Walk’! The event taking place on Sunday 7th November is open to anyone of any age, and has been organized in partnership with various local organizations and businesses. Walkers can begin the marshalled route from 12:30pm, with quizzes available for all attendees, the walk will take you through the wonderful woodland that Pigneys Woods has to offer. The event costs only £1 to take part, all going to the charity. To sign up: Simply collect a register form from NW Library, when completed also return here.
