Kevlin House is an attractive and distinctive care home located on Norwich Rd in North Walsham, a 10 minute walk from the town centre.
North Walsham is seven miles north of Wroxham and south of Cromer. The Bittern Line railway serves North Walsham, and travels between Norwich and Sheringham creating excellent rail links, which makes it highly accessible to visitors and residents.
The home accommodates 15 residents making for a warm and homely atmosphere with real family feel, we see ourselves and people living and working together, rather than residents and staff.
We provide meaningful person centred care for older people, people with a dementia and people with mental health needs, our care is focused around each person’s individual needs and wishes and we value and respect how each person chooses to spend their day.
The wonderful thing about Kevlin House is our flexibility towards the individual care of the people who live here.
We also provide short or long-term day care and respite care seven days a week.
At Kevlin House we have disposed of the task side of care, it’s all about the individual person and how they choose to continue to live each day. We encourage people to become involved in the daily living activities of the home and encourage meaningful occupation.
