The archive group disbanded in late 2025. The archive collection is kept alive and available via this website here: NORTH WALSHAM ARCHIVE and via our Facebook page and the North Walsham Heritage Centre on Vicarage Street.
North Walsham & District Community Archive was formally launched on the 5th June 2007 as part of the Norfolk ARCH Project, a joint project between the Norfolk County Council Cultural Services Departments of Adult Education, Libraries and Museums working in conjunction with the existing Archives, with the people of North Walsham and the surrounding villages and with its previous inhabitants wherever they may live now.
