I am a solicitor with more than 40 years of experience in the law, much of it in dealing with medical and serious injury cases. I have been involved in running a number of important public cases (including Gulf War claims, MMR vaccine claims and claims involving organophosphates). I have obtained compensation settlements for clients of well into seven figures in serious cases.
My stepdaughter was seriously injured as a result of medical negligence when she was very young (she is now in her early 30s and remains severely disabled), so I am very familiar with the consequences of negligence on family life on a daily basis.
I work with Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd. (known as SCOMO) – a firm of solicitors with a difference, with virtually all the solicitors and lawyers in the firm working from offices at their homes.
I run my cases from my home-office in North Norfolk (I live near North Walsham). This enables me to be completely flexible in the way I handle cases. I can deal with cases in the evenings, early mornings or weekends (and often do!).
